- All orders are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, we’ll send a confirmation of availability of items in your order within 24-48 hours (business hours). Once you receive a confirmation, we will ship your order within 1-3 business days.
- For custom orders (such as custom stationary, personalized signs): please allow up to 20 business days to process your order (after your approval).
Shipping + Delivery
We currently ship to Canada from Toronto, Ontario. We will ship your order within 1-3 business days.GTA orders may be delivered via Fedex or one of our staff.
Delivery Turnaround Times:
- Ontario: order should arrive within 1-2 business days
- Other provinces or territories of Canada: 3-7 business days
Order Pickup for GTA Customers
If you want to avoid shipping fees, you are free to pick up your order from our shop or office. However, we will need to arrange a pickup location, time and date.
Refunds or Exchanges
Once you receive an order confirmation, all orders are considered final. No refunds or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or if you received a wrong item.
You must email us within 3 business days after receiving your item, then return the damaged/wrong item with the receipt or proof of purchase to us. Upon receipt of damaged/wrong item, we will ship out a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will send a full refund. Once your refund has been issued, it can take up to 7-10 business days to show up in your account.
For Canadian customers, we accept e-transfer, bank transfers or credit card payments.
